MFM700
is a samosa making
solution particularly popular with
smaller food manufacturers. It is
a semi-automatic yet a much more
portable tabletop machine, delivering
all the same versatile functionality
of Mushtaq’s samosa making
equipment. It folds, crimps, trims,
seals and outputs up to 500 samosa
per hour in one easy operation that
can be manned by anyone, and without
the need of special training or
skills!
The MFM700 can also be used in
a two-phase production sequence
via its optional ‘Pastry Roller’
attachment, which produces rounded
sheets of dough in preparation for
the filling, folding, crimping and
sealing phase.
Here is how easy it is to operate
this powerful machine:
Step 1
Fill the cone shaped hopper with
your desired filling then set the
timer to dispense a set amount of
filling.
Step 2
Place the pre-rolled dough onto
the open moulds, press the footswitch
once to deposit the set amount of
filling onto the pastry.
Step 3
Push the two start buttons. The
hopper drops the set amount of filling
onto the pastry; the moulds turn
a full 360 degrees in an inward
and down motion sealing the filling
inside the pastry while the mould
embosses the dough with a sealing
pattern and then trims it. The finished
product drops onto the conveyor
belt, which moves forward, away
from the drop position ready for
collection. The moulds then return
to their original position ready
to receive the next drop. |
