How to Fold/Wrap Handmade Samosa

Cut rolled samosa dough into wide strips of pastry. Put some filling on the end it and fold this small end over like a triangle, leaving the rest of the strip. Flip over again, covering the first triangle with another layer of pastry and continue folding over (5 times total) keeping the original triangle shape of samosa pastry. Trim excessive dough strips when you’re done.
